Dan was without a doubt the best investment we made for our wedding. He is not only a supremely talented photographer, he is so much more than this. He guides you through the whole process from the moment of booking, taking the time to get to know you as a couple so that by the morning of your wedding day it feels only natural to have him there by your side. He is at once a really calming presence and wonderful fun. I felt way less stressed knowing we had his support both on the day and in the run up. He somehow sees everything and manages to capture the tiny special moments without you realising he was there. He has an incredible eye for light and setting, and an unmatched skill for capturing that intangible wedding magic. Our photos are beyond our wildest dreams and we will treasure them forever, thank you Dan, you’re a joy.

Dan is not only an incredibly talented photographer but also one of the nicest people you’ll meet. He didn’t just capture the excitement and emotions of our day beautifully, his expertise went beyond photography, helping us plan our order of the day, which we SO appreciated.

Over the past year, we’ve loved getting to know him and quickly realised how caring he is. He has a remarkable ability to make you feel like old friends, instantly putting you at ease. We loved our photos at Brancaster Beach and the golf club, where we each took a swing off the first tee. That wasn’t planned, but Dan turned it into a moment we’ll never forget.

He is THE wedding photographer and was so amazing on the day, as well as being so helpful throughout the whole planning process too. He really went above and beyond; the photos that we received were more than what we ever could have expected or imagined.

It was so lovely to look back through the images and see many aspects that we missed in the mad rush. As someone who hates having their photo taken (!) Dan made us feel SO comfortable,

We knew within a minute of our first call with Dan that he’d be at our wedding. His work speaks for itself - it’s beyond stunning. It’s a combination of classy, timeless, cool, authentic, intimate, fun. 
I don’t even know how you combine all of those things into a wedding gallery but he’s nailed it. But what is truly unique about Dan is just how much he cares about your wedding. He put so much effort into getting to know us as people - meeting us multiple times before our wedding and speaking to us most days about every single detail. We spoke styling, fashion, flowers, entertainment, mini moons - he became a true friend to us and we felt immensely supported by him.

When it came to the actual wedding day he had drawn up a detailed running schedule with every moment broken down. He knew what was happening at each moment and ensured everything was done to the standard he knew we wanted. All whilst capturing the most incredibly beautiful images of every moment. He’d done a detailed mood board of each section of the day and It was clear he had meticulously planned exact poses and recce’d before we got to the space. He was by my side the whole day, setting a calming and fun tone, offering to hold various bits of jewellery for me, making sure I’d eaten and had a drink, spotting moments for epic photos. 

He was utterly charming with all of our guests - the ones getting married after us are gutted they don’t have him at their day. Dan isn’t just a phenomenal photographer, he’s a true creative soul and a wonderful person. He’s got an infectiously calm energy which puts you at ease and makes you know you’re in good hands. I had no doubt he would capture our day in the exact way we wanted because he’d put so much time into getting to really know us as a couple.

To future brides - I couldn’t have done my wedding without Dan and I really can’t stress how important it is having a relationship with your photographer like Dan builds with his couples. They are in your space in an incredibly intense moment of your life and the difference it had having him there to calm the atmosphere and keep things fun was a game changer. Dan was the best decision we made. Our photos are stunning and we will look back with admiration for his talent forever.
